“Golf Around The World” Tour

October 8-31, 2015 (Kona, Hawii – Malaga, Spain)

From $73,950 pp

Here’s something fun for golf fans: Kalos Golf, a specialty tour operator that organizes luxury golf cruises, has announced its second Golf Around the World Tour, scheduled for October 2015. Combining visits to some top golf courses (and sightseeing tours, of course) in Fiji, Sydney, Bali, Thailand, Dubai, Mauritius, South Africa and Spain, this itinerary lets golfers play on five continents in one trip.

The itinerary includes top courses such as Valderrama, Fancourt and New South Wales, along with some hidden gems.

Golfers will get to travel on a privately chartered, custom-outfitted Boeing 757 that can seat 78 guests. Golf bags and luggage are handled at each hotel, and the on-board team includes a tour director, golf director, physician and private chef, as well as local guides at each destination.

The tour also offers guided tours and opportunities for cultural engagement. Highlights include exploring ancient temples in Bali, a behind-the-scenes tour of the Sydney Opera House, elephant trekking and a Thai cooking class in Chiang Mai, discovering Dubai by helicopter and then dining in the desert, a visit to a private game reserve in South Africa and soaking up the Mediterranean atmosphere of southern Spain.

Good to know: Kalos Golf is operating a relatively similar tour in October 2014.
